Our new reservation system considers each ordered product as one ticket. This means that you will receive one ticket per rally spot. If you book for two people, you will receive two tickets, one per person. If you also order anniversary shirts, you will receive a separate ticket for each shirt ordered.
We have chosen to give priority to participants who register for 3 or 2 nights to book a bed. If there are beds left, we will make the possibility of a bed available when registering for 1 night. For more information or questions, please send an email to [email protected]
If a ticket says N/A, this type of ticket is not available for booking. It is possible that the available places are occupied, or in case of a ticket with bed for less than 3 nights, these will be made available later. For more information or questions, you can send an email to [email protected]
There is currently no size chart available. The sizes from S to XXXL correspond to the previously released BDVSC Shirts. We have models with crew neck and v-neck available.
In order to register the reservations as well as possible, we prefer your details to be as complete as possible. It is possible that you do not want or cannot fill in certain details. That is not a problem, but we do really need some details. These fields have been made mandatory to fill in. You can recognize these by the asterisk * behind them.
When using a translation function in the web browser, it may happen in some cases that our system does not correctly recognize filled in fields. This will result in an error message, even though you have filled in all mandatory fields. In that case, try to temporarily disable the translation function or try a different browser and/or device to complete the registration. Below is an example of a translation function in the browser, Google translate. Because there are many different web browsers and translation functions, we do not have a manual on how to disable this function in your situation. If you really cannot book, please contact us by email [email protected]
No, due to (fire) safety regulations, motorcycles may not be parked at the tent or dormitories. There is a motorcycle parking area behind the party room, where motorcycles can be parked. Upon arrival, it is of course permitted to drive up to the camping spot with the motorcycle to unload the luggage, but we would like to ask everyone to park the motorcycle in the designated spot afterwards.
Campfires and personal BBQ equipment are prohibited (due to fire hazard). Glass is also prohibited on the meadow for safety reasons.
